Clearing Your Cache

[Internet Explorer]

  1. Click [Tools] > [Internet Options] in the menu.
  2. Select the [General] tab and click the [Delete...] button in "Browsing history".
  3. Check "Temporary Internet files" and click the [Delete] button.
  4. After clearing the cache, close all browser windows and then relaunch the browser.

[Microsoft Edge]

  1. Click [Settings and more] > [Settings] in the menu.
  2. Select the [Privacy & security] tab and click the [Choose what to clear] button.
  3. Check "Cached data and files" and click the [Clear] button.
