Details

Application summary		再生医療実現拠点ネットワークプログラムでは、iPS細胞等を使った再生医療について、オールジャパン体制で研究開発を推進し、日本発のiPS細胞技術を世界に先駆けて臨床応用することを目的としています。また、iPS細胞技術を用いた疾患発症機構の解明、創薬研究等を実施しています。再生医療の実現には、生命倫理や個人情報の保護等について社会のコンセンサスを得るとともに、様々な規制をクリアする必要がありますが、本事業では全体として、それらの倫理関係や規制関係に対する支援体制を構築しています。 令和３年度は、引き続き「非臨床POC取得（ﾄﾗﾝｽﾚｰｼｮﾅﾙ・ﾘｻｰﾁ）」、「臨床研究・治験により明らかとなった課題を基礎に立ち戻って解明する研究開発（ﾘﾊﾞｰｽ･ﾄﾗﾝｽﾚｰｼｮﾅﾙ･ﾘｻｰﾁ）」の公募を行います。 ﾄﾗﾝｽﾚｰｼｮﾅﾙ・ﾘｻｰﾁについては、小動物等を用いた治療コンセプトの確認段階（TR1）、臨床試験と同製法で製造した細胞製剤を動物に投与することによる治療コンセプトの検証段階（TR2）に分けて公募します。 また、ﾘﾊﾞｰｽ･ﾄﾗﾝｽﾚｰｼｮﾅﾙ･ﾘｻｰﾁについては、TR1、TR2の枠内で公募します。
Application targets		申請は、大学等（学校法人、公的研究機関、および公益法人等の公的性格を有する機関でAMEDが認めるもの。詳細については、公募要領参照）に所属し、応募に係る研究開発課題について、研究開発実施計画の策定や成果の取りまとめなどの責任を担う能力を有する研究者（研究開発代表者）とします。
