Application summary		第４世代移動通信システム（４Ｇ）と比べてより高度な第５世代移動通信システム（５Ｇ）は、現在各国で商用サービスが始まっていますが、更に超低遅延や多数同時接続といった機能が強化された５Ｇ（以下、「ポスト５Ｇ」）は、今後、工場や自動車といった多様な産業用途への活用が見込まれており、我が国の競争力の核となり得る技術と期待されます。 NEDOは、本事業において将来的に、ポスト5G情報通信システムで用いられる先端半導体を国内で製造できる技術を確保するため、以下の開発に取り組みます。詳細は研究開発計画をご参照ください。 〔2〕 先端半導体製造技術の開発（助成） 本公募では、パイロットラインの構築等を通じて、先端半導体製造プロセスのうち前工程に係る製造技術（微細化（More Moore）技術））の開発を実施する事業を公募します。 具体的には、2nm以降のプロセスノード※１の先端半導体において求められる高性能な露光・微細加工技術、成膜技術、アニール技術、エッチング技術、洗浄技術等のうち、特に新規開発や大幅な性能向上が必要となる製造・プロセス技術等を開発するとともに、パイロットラインの構築等を通じて、微細加工を施した実ウェハーによる製造装置の評価・検証を実施し、国内に無い先端性を持つロジック半導体の製造技術を確立します。 　　※１　IEEEのIRDS（International Roadmap for Devices and Systems）2020中の「Logic industry “Node Range” labeling (nm)」における「2.1」以降を意味する。
