Application summary		さとうきび生産現場において、急速な機械化の進展や省力的な株出栽培の多回化が 広がる中、薬剤防除が難しいイネ科強害雑草の被害等、多回株出栽培において課題が 見られます。このため、多回株出に応じた栽培手法等を開発し、多回株出機械化一貫 体系を確立することが急務となっています。 また、製糖現場においては、人材確保が困難で時間外労働が常態化していることか ら、少人数の工場職員で製糖できるよう糖汁の濃縮・保管技術等の省力製糖技術の開 発が課題となっています。 本事業では、さとうきび多回株出機械化一貫体系及び省力製糖技術の確立を通じて、 さとうきび生産現場と製糖工場で抱える課題を解決する技術開発を推進します。
