Application summary		（１）事業概要 現在、本事業は２０４０年以降という長期的視点を睨み、水素等の「カーボンフリーなエネルギーの新たな選択肢」としての地位を確立させることを目指して５つの研究開発項目のうち①再生可能エネルギーからの高効率低コスト水素製造技術、③従来の開放系サイクル技術とは一線を隔す超高効率の発電技術、④水素の長距離輸送・貯蔵を容易にするためのエネルギーキャリア技術、⑤大規模水素 利用技術の先導的な研究開発を実施しています。 （２）公募内容 現在実施中の事業内容のうち以下の研究開発項目と内容で公募します。 ・研究開発項目①水電解水素製造技術高度化のための基盤技術研究開発 各種の水電解各方式において、電極触媒の性能発現と劣化機構の高度解析、電解槽の劣化機構、 劣化評価法に関する共通的解析を行い、性能向上へのフィードバックや、各方式に応じた材料やシステムの高度化に向けた指針を確立するとともに、次世代材料等の検討について研究を推進しています。今回はこの研究分野についてさらに拡充するために 1)AEM 型水電解技術に関するもの 2)マテリアルズ・インフォマティクスに関するもの の研究開発テーマを公募します。 ここで、マテリアルズ・インフォマティクスに関しては、これまでに当事業で構築してきた上記 共通的解析技術評価の取り組みと連携し、材料設計指針を得るための評価解析のプラットフォーム を構築していただきます。 ・研究開発項目④エネルギーキャリアシステム調査・研究 今後、再生可能エネルギー由来の水素の必要性はさらに高まることが考えられ、エネルギー効 率と経済性の高い貯蔵・輸送技術の高度化がますます重要になってきます。我が国において社会実装までの政策に位置付けられている水素キャリアを対象として、改めて科学的な基礎に立ち返り将来の社会実装・サプライチェーン構築に向けてボトルネックとなる課題を解決するための基 盤技術開発テーマを公募します。 ・研究開発項目⑤炭化水素等を活用した二酸化炭素を排出しない水素製造技術開発 メタンやバイオマス等の炭化水素やその他の多様な水素資源から安価かつ大量の水素を製造す る技術を対象として、二酸化炭素を排出せず多様な水素源から大量に水素を取り出すためのコア 技術の中で実用化に向けた水素製造プロセスに関する個別要素技術開発及びシステム全体の基盤 技術開発を行うテーマを公募します。
