Application summary		本事業では、学理究明も含めた基礎基盤研究の推進により、GaN等の優れた材料特性を実現できるパワーデバイスやその特性を最大限活かすことのできるパワエレ回路システム、その回路動作に対応できる受動素子等を創出し、超省エネ・高性能なパワエレ技術の創出を実現することを目的としています。これにより、世界に先駆けた超省エネ・高性能なパワエレ機器の早期創出に貢献し、2050年カーボンニュートラルの実現と世界市場獲得を目指すものです。
Application targets		文部科学省と委託契約を締結できる日本国内の研究機関が本公募の対象となります。課題の応募は代表機関の長が行うものとします。詳細は以下に示す国内の大学、研究機関、企業等とします。 ・ 大学及び大学共同利用機関法人 ・ 高等専門学校 ・ 公立試験研究機関 ・ 独立行政法人（国立研究開発法人を含む）、特殊法人及び認可法人 ・ 一般社団法人又は一般財団法人 ・ 公益社団法人又は公益財団法人 ・ 民間企業（法人格を有する者） ・ 技術研究組合 ・ 特定非営利活動法人（NPO法人） また、応募する機関は、以下の要件も満たす必要があります。 ① 予算決算及び会計令第７０条の規定に該当しない者であること。なお、未成年者、被保佐人又は被補助人であって、契約の締結のために必要な同意を得ている者は、同条中、特別の理由がある場合に該当する。 ② 文部科学省の支出負担行為担当官等から取引停止の措置を受けている期間中の者でないこと。 ③ 採択された場合に、本事業の実施に際し、所属機関の施設及び設備が使用できる機関であること。 ④ 採択された場合に、本事業の契約手続等の事務を行うことができる機関であること。
