Details

Application summary		第18改正日本薬局方に収載された抗生物質の品質評価法については、不純物の評価の規定がない等の課題が残っており、最新の科学が必ずしも反映されていない。そのため、抗生物質の力価や不純物の評価法を開発し標準化することで、より頑健な抗生物質の品質管理体制を構築することが求められている。本研究では、最新の科学を基に抗生物質の新たな品質評価法を開発又は検証に関する研究を実施し、その方法を標準化することで、より頑健な抗生物質の品質管理体制の構築を進める。
