Application summary		（目標） 近年、インターネットにおいて医薬品等の販売に関する違反事例は数多く報告されており、特に個人間取引サイトにおいて、各種許可を取得せずに医薬品等を販売する事例が多発している。 国民の保健衛生上の危害を防止するため、医薬品等が適正に流通されるよう、インターネット販売に係る薬事監視について注力しているところではあるが、現状では、外部からの通報を受け、サイト運営者等へ削除依頼を行うことが対策の中心となっている。また、販売ページ上では国内販売とみせかけ、実際には海外からの個人輸入代行とみられる事例も散見される。 こうした背景を踏まえ、国内の個人間取引サイトにおける未承認医薬品、医療機器等の流通実態を把握するとともに、海外における薬事監視指導事例をとりまとめることによって、より効果的な監視指導手法の検討を行い、適正な医薬品等の流通を目指す。 （求められる成果） 主に、海外における医薬品等のインターネット販売に係る監視指導手法、日本国内のインターネット販売サイトにおける出品時確認項目の実態、国内の個人間取引における医薬品、医療機器等の販売実態について調査し、とりまとめた上で、より効果的な監視指導手法について検討を行う。
Application targets		（採択条件） ・医薬品の流通及び情報通信技術に精通する専門家を研究分担者等とし、国内外における動向を適切に把握することができる研究体制が構築されていること。 ・研究分担者又は研究協力者として、若手研究者・女性研究者を研究班に参画させるよう　　　 努めること。
