Details

Application summary		（目標） がん検診の実施には、科学的根拠に基づくがん検診（死亡率減少）の実施とともに、がん検診の質を徹底的に管理して高い水準に保つこと（精度管理）が必要である。具体的な精度管理指標としては、プロセス指標と技術・体制的指標があり、適切な指標に基づく精度管理を行うことで、がん検診の受診者の不利益を減らすことが可能となる。精度管理については、がん種毎のプロセス指標や自治体や検診機関が使用する「事業評価のためのチェックリスト」を示しており、現状のデータ等の分析を踏まえた改定が行われている。一方で、プロセス指標のうち要精検率などの指標については、「がん検診のあり方に関する検討会における議論の中間整理」において、指標の算出の基となる報告（地域保健・健康増進事業報告）内容が複雑化しているため、市町村が適切に利活用できていない可能性も指摘されている。 また、データヘルス集中改革プランにおいて、自身の保健医療情報を活用できる仕組みの拡大の課題の中で、自治体（地域）と保険者（職域）の健（検）診等情報を共有する仕組みの検討が行われる予定である。 本研究は、地域及び職域における全てのがん検診について、十分な精度管理を行うために現状を踏まえたより適切な評価指標や事業評価について提案することを目標とする。 （求められる成果） ・がん検診の精度管理体制の現状の整理及び課題の提示 ・適切な精度管理のための評価指標の提案
