Application summary		（目標） ヘリコバクター・ピロリの感染が原因で発症する胃炎、胃潰瘍や胃がんの予防には、除菌治療が有効であると考えられている。我が国においては、積極的な除菌治療の実施が推奨されており、平成25年にヘリコバクター・ピロリ感染胃炎にも保険適用を拡大するなど、取り組みを進めている。一方で近年、除菌に用いる薬剤の一つであるクラリスロマイシンへの薬剤耐性が問題となっている。またヘリコバクター・ピロリ以外へのヘリコバクター属菌についても胃の様々な疾患の発症に関連することが明らかになっているが、その薬剤耐性の実態は不明である。ヘリコバクター属菌の薬剤耐性の実態を把握するとともにモニタリング及び情報公開を継続的に行うことで、治療戦略の検討などが可能となり、胃がんなどヘリコバクター属菌による胃疾患の総合的な予防の推進につながると考えられる。以上から、本研究においてはヘリコバクター・ピロリの薬剤耐性の継続的なモニタリングの方策を提言するとともに、ヘリコバクター・ピロリ以外のヘリコバクター属菌については薬剤感受性試験方法を確立して薬剤耐性の実態を把握することを目標とする。 （求められる成果） ・ヘリコバクター・ピロリの薬剤耐性のモニタリング手法に関する提言 ・ヘリコバクター・ピロリ以外のヘリコバクター属菌の薬剤耐性の実態把握
