If you are affiliated with a research institution, all of these procedures are carried out by the e-Rad administrator at your institution. Please speak to the administrative officer at your institution if any of these procedures are required.
Registration as a researcher
This application is required when a researcher not affiliated with a research institution uses e-Rad for the first time. For details on how to apply, see

Applying to modify researcher details
This application is required when changing your name (kanji, furigana, screen name(s) or English name), date of birth, or gender. You can modify other items yourself. For details on how to modify these items, see the researchers' manual.
Applying to reissue login information
This application is required to reset your password if you have forgotten the answer to your secret question.
If you have forgotten the answer to your secret question in addition to your login ID and/or password, use this form to apply to reissue your login information.
